WAITING FOR SPRING

Hello dear friends.....
we have been having such beautiful weather here in the Ozarks. Making me anxious for Spring to get here. I'm hoping it is just right around the corner.    The sun is shining, the birds are singing and looking for places and materials for nesting.  A few flowers are blooming already.  Here are the ones blooming in my yard thus far......

Helebores, commonly known as lenten rose  are usually the very first blooms to show their little happy faces here in my yard .  These were pass alongs from the sister-in-law of a very dear friend of mine.  So, needless to say, they are super special to me also.

I really can't remember when the earliest date for my jonquils to bloom was, but I have several blooming already this year.  Seems a little early to me, but.....I don't really know?

My flowering quince is just budding, not quite blooming yet, but its color is such a pretty coral I thought I would include a photo of them too.

and, of course...... I couldn't resist including this beautiful sunset, caught it just as the sun was slipping below the horizon.

doesn't take long for it to disappear.

I will be posting more flowers as they bloom.

I would love to know what  you have blooming in your yards right now.
Your comments and questions are appreciated.

till next time   God Bless
Kathrynbelle
