Hi, I am Kathryn Belle, welcome to my blog. I love to decorate, garden in my flowers, write poetry, sing, and take care of my fur babies. I hope you enjoy being here today.
One of my favorite things to do is create tablescapes. This is the most recent one which I have done for Valentine's Day. I love to hit thrift stores (my favorites being, Hopes Closet, Turqoyz Kottage, Honeybees and Log Cabin) and acquire unique pieces and tableware for them.

.
The little red flower salad plates were a thrift store find, as well as the (paper) napkins and (paper) black and white plates. (The paper ones can be purchased at Paper Eskimo).
The mercury candlesticks and flower vase are also thrift store finds and the pink candles are estate sale items. (Can you tell I'm an avid thrifter?)
I LOVE THRIFTING!
One of my most recent thrift store finds was this tortoiseshell vase, which I am using as a candle vase at present. I have been on the lookout for anything tortoiseshell for sometime now and was thrilled to find this.
UP THE BARCART!
I am gathering things for my bar cart, which I also recently purchased at (you guessed it) a thrift store! It is very similar to this one.
I like the large wheels on one end, and mine has a handle across the top for ease in moving. I have been collecting stemware with gold accents and have thus far collected about 12 glasses of varying sizes. I can't wait to get it out of the garage and into the house and set up.
I will be sharing more on this at a later date, as well as some DIY projects I will be doing.
I'm so glad you joined me today. I hope you have seen something you like and which has been of interest to you. Would love to read your comments. Have a wonderful and blessed day.
